Reports people actually open

Every audit exports a self-contained HTML report — Apple-styled, dark-mode aware, searchable, zero dependencies. Send one file; it just works.

Detect, then decide

The audit tools are read-only by design: they find the problem, name the model, point at the native Revit tool and explain why it matters. Your model, your call.

Excel as a first-class citizen

Schedules, family renames, type matrices and view filters round-trip to Excel with a preview of every change before anything touches the model.

The output

Audits that end in something you can send.

Every BIMIO audit exports one self-contained HTML file — Apple-styled, searchable, dark-mode aware. No viewer, no licence, no setup: it opens on any laptop in the QA meeting.

  • One file, zero dependencies — e-mail it, drop it in the project folder, done
  • Search, filters and dark mode built into the report itself
  • Anyone can open it — reviewers don't need Revit or BIMIO

How it works

From download to licensed
in four steps.

1

Install

One installer covers Revit 2022–2026. The BIMIO tab appears on next launch — with a full 14-day trial of everything, no card needed.

2

Try everything

Use every tool on your real projects for two weeks. The trial is the full product, not a demo.

3

Buy what you need

One app, three, or the suite — from the BIMIO store. Your licence key arrives by e-mail seconds after checkout.

4

Activate in Revit

Paste the key in BIMIO → Licence, inside Revit. Done. Moving machines? Write to us and we move your seat the same day.

Free trial

Try the whole suite free
for 14 days.

Full product, every app, your real projects. No credit card, no sign-up — the trial starts the first time you click a tool.

Revit 2022–2026 on Windows · direct download coming with the public launch — until then we e-mail it to you the same day.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

How does the 14-day trial work?
Install BIMIO and every tool is unlocked for 14 days — the full product, not a limited demo. No credit card and no account. When the trial ends, the tools ask for a licence key; the free Misc toolbox keeps working with any purchase.
What’s the difference between annual and perpetual?
Annual is a subscription: it renews yearly and always includes the latest updates. Perpetual is a one-time payment: the licence never expires and includes 12 months of updates — after that you can optionally renew updates (€39/yr per app, €99/yr the suite) or simply keep the version you have forever.
Which Revit versions are supported?
Revit 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025 and 2026 — one installer covers all of them, and one licence covers every version you use.
Can I use my licence on two computers?
A licence is bound to one machine at a time. Moving machines? Write to us and we free the seat the same day — usually within the hour. Studios needing several people covered should look at the multi-seat packs.
What exactly is free?
The Misc toolbox — a Spotlight-style launcher with 30+ utilities (Multi-ID, Key Plan, QR Stamp, Scale Bar, Renumber, rule-based Select and more) — is included free with any paid licence, forever. And the shareable HTML reports the tools export are always free to open, for anyone.
What if it doesn’t work out?
Every purchase has a 30-day money-back guarantee — write to us and you get a refund, no questions asked. That’s on top of the 14-day free trial.
Will prices go up?
Yes — these are Founding launch prices, and they will rise in announced steps as BIMIO earns its reputation. Founding customers keep their launch price on renewals, guaranteed for at least three years. Buying early is genuinely cheaper, not marketing-cheaper.
Who builds BIMIO?
BIMIO is built by Francis Martinez, an architect and BIM manager — the tools exist because he needed them on real projects. Small by design: every tool is opinionated, focused and personally maintained.
About

Built by the person
who uses it.

I'm Francis Martinez — architect and BIM manager. Every tool in BIMIO exists because I needed it on a real project and nothing on the market did it the way it should be done: focused, honest about its limits, and pleasant to use.

BIMIO is small by design. One person builds it, uses it daily, and answers every e-mail. That's not a limitation — it's why the tools are sharp, why bugs get fixed fast, and why your feedback lands directly on the roadmap.

hola@bimio.tools Questions, feedback, studio quotes — I reply personally, usually within a day.

Your Revit is about to
get a lot sharper.
